Bar Manager / Lead Bartender
We're looking for an experienced hospitality professional to split their time between leading our bar program and working behind the bar. This hybrid role includes bartending shifts alongside management responsibilities such as overseeing inventory, developing seasonal cocktails and promotions, maintaining beverage quality standards, and supporting the day-to-day success of the bar team.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while helping grow our beverage program.
Responsibilities include:
Bartending several shifts each week
Managing liquor, beer, and wine inventory
Developing seasonal cocktails and drink specials
Assisting with bar promotions and events
Training and mentoring bartenders
Maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and quality standards
Supporting scheduling, ordering, and daily bar operations
Driving beverage sales and enhancing the guest experience

Previous restaurant experience preferred
